About this model
First Aston Martin under David Brown's ownership. Based on the pre-war Atom prototype chassis with Claude Hill's 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine. Unofficially called DB1 though never officially designated as such. Won the 1948 Spa 24 Hours. Only 15 produced making it one of the rarest Aston Martins.
